How to use:

• Children 3-6 years: 1 spray, 4 to 8 times daily
• Children 7-12 years: 2 sprays, 4 to 8 times daily
• Adults and children over 12 years: 3 sprays, 4 to 8 times daily
• Rotate nozzle to horizontal position, aim at throat and press upper part
• Avoid eating or drinking immediately after use for optimal effectiveness

Per spray:

• Thyme fluid extract – 15% (3.6g total)
• Ethanol – 8% vol
• Natural sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia

Other ingredients: Water, stabilizer (glycerol)

• Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy
