How to use:

• Take 1 capsule morning and evening at end of meals
• From day 15 to day 28 of cycle (14 days total)
• Day 15 = 14 days after first day of menstruation
• Use 2 blister packs per cycle
• If missed dose, take 2 capsules at next scheduled time
• Takes 2-3 months for optimal results
• Can be repeated as needed without time limit
