Children 3-5 years: 1 tablet x 1-2 / day

Children 6-11 years: 1 tablet x 1-4 / day

Adults and children over 12 years: 2 tablets x 1-4 / day

Pregnancy dosage: 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Up to 2 tablets daily

Travel Sickness: 1 tablet 30 minutes before departure

Ingredients per tablet:

• Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose
• Standardised dry extract of ginger (Zingiber officinale) 50 mg
• Glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, calcium carbonate, polydextrose
• Anticaking agents: silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids
• Maltodextrin
• Medium chain triglycerides
• Colour: copper complexes of chlorophyllins

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
• Consult healthcare provider before use if taking blood-thinning medications
• Not recommended for patients with gallstones
• May interact with anticoagulant medications
• Discontinue use if allergic reactions occur
