How to use:

• Initial treatment: 2 capsules morning and evening for minimum 1 month
• Maintenance: 2 capsules in the morning
• For tendons: 4 capsules morning and evening for 1 week
• Children 6-12 years: 2 capsules morning and evening for 1 week
• Take with water, can be used with or without food
