Usage
How to use:
- For mild nervous tension: 1 tablet up to 3 times daily
- For sleep disorders: 1 tablet 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime
- If necessary, take earlier dose during evening
- Do not exceed 4 tablets per day
- Swallow with water, do not chew
- Continue use for 2-4 weeks for optimal effect
