Usage
Children from 4 to 11 years: 1 gum up to 3 times a day
Adults and children from 12 years: 2 together from 1 to 3 times a day
Motion sickness: 2 together 30 minutes before departure
Pregnancy: 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon
