DYONMED Early Pregnancy Test

The DyonMed Early Pregnancy Test® utilizes advanced immunochromatographic technology for the qualitative detection of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG)—the hormone produced by the developing placenta shortly after conception.

Because this test is highly sensitive, it can detect exceptionally low levels of hCG (typically starting at 10 mIU/mL), allowing you to test up to 6 days before your missed period (5 days before the day of your expected period).

How to Use the DyonMed Early Pregnancy Test®:

1. Remove the test device from its sealed pouch just before use and take off the protective cap.
2. Hold the test by the thumb grip with the exposed absorbent tip pointing downward.
3. Place the absorbent tip directly into your urine stream for at least 10 to 15 seconds until it is thoroughly wet. (Alternatively, collect urine in a clean cup and dip only the absorbent tip for 10-15 seconds).
4. Replace the protective cap, lay the test flat on a clean, horizontal surface, and wait for the color bands to appear.
5. Read the result at 3 to 5 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.

Interpretation of Results:

• POSITIVE (Pregnant): Two distinct colored lines appear. One line in the Control region (C) and one line in the Test region (T). Note: Even a very faint Test line (T) should be considered a positive result.
• NEGATIVE (Not Pregnant): Only one colored line appears in the Control region (C). No apparent line appears in the Test region (T).
• INVALID: The Control line (C) fails to appear. This is usually due to insufficient sample volume or incorrect procedural techniques. Repeat with a new test device.

This is an in-vitro diagnostic self-test. While highly accurate, certain rare medical conditions (such as ovarian cysts or ectopic pregnancy) or medications containing hCG (often used in fertility treatments) can cause misleading results. Alcohol, painkillers, or birth control pills do not affect the test. If you receive a positive result, or if you receive a negative result but your period does not start, you should consult your gynecologist for further evaluation and medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at room temperature.

• When to test: For early testing (before your missed period), it is strongly recommended to use your first morning urine, as it contains the highest concentration of the hCG hormone.
• If you test early and get a negative result, the level of hCG may still be too low to detect. Test again in 48 hours with a new test if your period has not started.
